The best real estate investment is Orlampa because of the proximity between Orlando and Tampa. It is the conglomeration that I noticed after living there for 20 years and it is a catalyst for growth. It has created a runaway effect where speculation has ignited a change in Auburndale. It is over the development of the downtown and the plans have not been made yet but the sign reads high density when you drive by. It is the visitors that want to know and the location has not been determined and everyone wants a seat on the city council.
The town was incorporated in 1880 and that is when the gold rush began
